"We ended up at Bucanero by mistake, thinking it was the nearby Wok place—but it turned out to be the best kind of accident! From the moment we arrived, the experience was fantastic. A big shoutout to the friendly, bald-headed waiter (we didn’t catch his name) who immediately helped us find a quiet, comfortable spot away from the road since we were with kids.
He went above and beyond—making sure our children got their chicken soup right away and checking in throughout the meal to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was excellent: the chicken wings, salmon steak, and carbonara were all full of flavor and beautifully cooked.
The service truly made the evening special. We left full, happy, and grateful for such a warm and attentive dining experience. Highly recommend!"

"Terrible experience and too high prices for what the place is. We sat down and waited 15 minutes before a waiter came to take our order. We waited another 20 minutes to have it served. Our sandwich was fine, but my Bucanero grill mix was served without any ketchup or any other kind of sauce. We paid for our order, and because the meat in my grill mix was really dry, I asked for some ketchup. I could still just eat it and never return, but... the waiter left.... and never returned.
We waited another 20 minutes while I was giving some of the driest pieces to their cat. The ketchup was never delivered, so we ended up leaving.
Atmosphere was also non-existing. People at the table next to us were really loud, were constantly smoking and loudly smashing each other's hands."
