"We had dinner, ordered seafood, tuna fillet and octopus, it came quickly, the dishes were quite tasty and the portions were good.
We sat on top of the coloring and the windows were open, the waiter closed the windows but still it was cold, when we asked for a plaid to put on our shoulders, they said no, for me it seemed strange because the level of the restaurant is good. And so everything went well. Very decent place and there was live music, personally I like it and it adds to the atmosphere."

"The restaurant part serves decent food with pleasant music, making it a nice spot for drinks. However, the club is another story. It’s small, overcrowded, and the music is awful, with the crowd leaving much to be desired. The local girls dressed like working girls don’t help its reputation. Despite all of this, it remains the most popular club in Budva, mainly due to the lack of other options and its prime location. The service is dreadful with rude bartenders who will straight out yell at you. My friend was scared by some local guys telling him they were mafia and that he had to buy them drinks (which he did). Another friend was told by a local guy he was the police and would arrest him if I didn’t give him my number (??). Full of shady people."

This popular restaurant is located in the center of Budva, not far from the Old Town. It is a large, two-story venue with two separate areas that transform into open summer terraces during the warmer months. Perla Restaurant serves delicious food, but there are some significant drawbacks, which I will discuss below.
