Whichever you choose, it’s risk-free: the chef guarantees you creative, hearty food, where Mediterranean flavours mingle with inspirations from around the world.

The boudoir-style Salon Rose is a cozy space for generous midday and evening meals filled with pasta, steaks tartare, burgers and other on-trend inspirations. In its Belle Epoque décor reminiscent of a train’s luxurious restaurant car, the Train Bleu takes diners on a voyage through the delights of Italian cuisine. It does not offer a lunch menu, but it serves from dinner until the casino closes.

Le Salon Rose Monte Carlo is an intimate restaurant overlooking the Mediterranean with a menu that could be considered to be decidedly more down-to-earth than other high-class venues in the area. Offerings include spaghetti with squid and prawns cooked in a lemon pesto fish sauce, a smoky bao burger served with a mango pickle, and a garden vegetable salad topped with a fresh tomato vinaigrette.

The Salon Rose is a former literary salon, and the restaurant retains all the charm of those timeless moments of erudite conversation. Niches, alcoves, its seaside terrace, and pearled ornaments are reminders of its delightfully intimate history. On one wall hangs Les Fumeuses, an allegorical depiction of pleasure painted by Italian artist Massimiliano Gallelli.

The Casino welcomes guests of all ages to access the Atrium, the Rotunda Cafe, the Salon Rose restaurant, and the Boutique up until 2 pm (which is when the game rooms open). Guided tours, with or without an audio guide, are offered most mornings, from 10 am -12:15 pm.

There are three restaurants: the elegant Le Salon Rose overlooking the sea, Le Train Bleu, decorated in the style of the legendary Blue Express dining car, and the recently opened Buddha-Bar with Asian cuisine and a Buddha statue in the center of the room.

In addition to the bars, there are two restaurants, Train Bleu and Salon Rose. Le Train Bleu received the 2023 European Casino Awards for the best casino. You can have seafood of all kinds and seasonal products like artichokes, cepes, and aubergines.
