Mariscos Ochoa was our lunch destination and it’s a colourful little neighbourhood seafood joint. We arrived at about 1pm and it was dead but we still went in. We ordered a fish ceviche and a chucumite (californian fish) done Veracruz style and both were amazingly fresh and delicious (mission accomplished – Veracruz style fish in Veracruz).
