Reviews Summary

Le Kaat is celebrated as a top vegetarian and vegan restaurant in Valladolid, praised for its extensive and creative menu, particularly the vegan tacos and flavorful bowls. Diners frequently mention the cozy atmosphere, often enhanced by live music, and the friendly service. While most reviews are overwhelmingly positive, a few mention that some dishes might benefit from additional seasoning, or that bread/tortillas can be a bit dry.

"This might be the best vegetarian restaurant in Valladolid! For being attached to a hotel, it is very reasonably priced. I came here 6 times during my stay in Valladolid and every time I left satisfied but also wanting to come back and try more. Everything was delicious but I think my favorite has to be the tacos, I could not believe it wasn’t real meat! They have a very sweet guitarist who seems to know unlimited songs coming in the evenings toward the end of the week, who is not pushy about tips like they are in some places. My only regret is not coming back more to try everything on the menu!"

Mairead Ridenour

"Cool restaurant with extensive vegan menu!
We loved all the meals we ordered: rainbow bowl, falafel bowl, avocado/ walnut smoothie, tacos (super delicious). The service was great: polite and friendly.

Highly recommend."

Tatsiana Nestserava

"Atmosphere and service were fantastic! A live musician accompanied our night. Sadly, the food didn’t really match our taste. We had high expectations because everything on the menu sounded fantastic but ultimately, we didn’t enjoy our dishes as much as we’d hoped (smoked mushrooms + cauliflower). The vegan tacos and avocado cake were great though!"

6 Vegetarian & Vegan Restaurants in Valladolid, Mexico

I know this article is about food, but the ambiance is the first thing that you’ll notice when you enter Le’ Kaat. You have two entrance options—the outdoor path you see in the photo above, or an indoor dining area. The outdoor area doesn’t have much shade, so it’s a great place to sit in the evening, complete with the glow of bistro lights.
