"We went here last night and it is a stunning restaurant—charming, atmospheric, and beautifully designed. We ordered the artichoke, the cauliflower, and the baby back ribs. The artichoke and cauliflower were absolutely phenomenal—creative, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
The ribs, however, didn’t quite land for us. The flavor and texture just weren’t our thing, but that’s more about personal taste than execution.
That said, the overall experience was still great. The ambiance, service, and creativity"

There are many great restaurants in Valladolid, but CONATO is my favorite one. From the colorful facade to the murals and paintings that depict Mexican motives – everything creates a very inviting and relaxing atmosphere. There is an indoor area where you sit surrounded by murals, and a small courtyard full of plants.
