Chef Odin Rocha (formerly of the Rosewood, San Miguel) focuses on traditional Mexican market ingredients – Baja seafood, grilled meats, tepache fermented-pineapple, chilate chocolate – showcased through individual dishes and best experienced on the Mercados de Mexico tasting menu.
