"Okay but not sure I’d go back. They were very quick to seat us and ask our preference. The wait staff is very nice and very accommodating. They give you bruschetta and bread, both of which are absolutely out of this world. I can’t lie, I was a bit skeptical going to an Italian restaurant in Mexico but the complimentary starter made me very excited for the meal.
Then it came..
My spaghetti was cooked well but the goat cheese had a very…earthy flavor. I described it as “it tastes the way a farm smells”. It made the meal less satisfying but not so bad that I couldn’t eat it.
My wife got the filet. We are from the US and are used to 8oz filets and this was a 10oz. Boy do those two ounces make a difference. This was HUGE. We asked for it to be cooked medium and there was a LOT of pink throughout but it was all warm, not cold like you’d expect with medium rare. There was a distinct flavor to it that we couldn’t quite place, it almost tasted like it had a little Asian “flare” to it. The vegetables were okay. The mashed potatoes were phenomenal.
Moderately priced, definitely better than the resort we were staying at! Overall, I’d go back for the bruschetta but try a different entree. If these were the only two items on the menu, not sure we’d return."

The food here is absolutely amazing! I especially love the personal touch from the owners—they greet everyone who walks in and make you feel so welcome. I visit this town 2–3 times a year, and I never leave without ordering the baked lasagna. It’s hands-down the best I’ve ever had!

A special shout-out to my favorite server, Jonathan. He’s been taking care of me for years and is such a sweetheart—always friendly, attentive, and kind. This place is a must-visit!"
