I joked with Luke that I would take the two-hour bus from Mexico City for the day just to eat their pastor tacos again. Las Ranas was the first meal we had in Puebla and I loved it so much we went back to have it for our last meal there, too. There are two locations on the same street, so if you want to sit down, be sure to go to Las Ranas Patio.
