"Simply food was amazing! All the dishes ordered were way beyond expectations. Perhaps, this is why they achieved a Michelin star while the sister restaurant in CDMX couldn't. Unfortunately, the server wasn't as attentive as I anticipated. He spoke fluent English but I felt like a tape recording was playing at 1.2X speed. He did his job, but most customers will expect a little more from waiting staff. We ended up in a typical courtyard-style dining area. It did the job but didn't wow us. Certainly, a power outage in the middle of the afternoon didn't help. Overall, I highly recommend you visit this restaurant. You won't be disappointed, and make sure you bring cash just in case of a blackout. 😊"
