"My fiancé and I traveled to Mexico a couple of weeks ago, and I knew I wanted to venture outside of our resort and the more touristy restaurants. I love supporting local, family owned businesses when I can, and supporting a family restaurant that is as delicious as Peter’s is such an easy decision to make! Peter is the wonderful chef creating decadent art in his kitchen while his wife and son were our lovely servers and friends over the evening. We started with the mushroom ravioli in a truffle cream sauce. I would swim in this sauce; we didn’t leave a drop, choosing to soak up every bit of it with our bread long after the ravioli were consumed. Our main courses were the special of the evening which was a tender, juicy pork chop accompanied by horseradish mashed potatoes, and a vegetable medley. Incredible! We splurged on two desserts, the chocolate mousse and the tequila sunrise key lime pie! Both were amazing and I have no regrets! Peter came out and spoke with us twice about our experience and time in Cancun, as well as to check to make sure we had a cab. We did! The food and ambience were incredible but what is also truly lovely is the care that this family puts into their restaurant and their customers! We hope to return! But, in the meantime, if you’re reading this please do yourself a favor and take a break from the resort fare and go meet Peter and his family. You won’t regret it!"

"Amazing food with super cute decorations and lovely music. The bread itself tastes so good, very buttery and crispy (please try the cranberry walnut bread!) It goes perfectly well with the creamy sauce from the mushroom ravioli and the duck liver (super tender 🫶🏼) We had 4 baskets by the time we finished the starters. As the menu said, the tequila sunrise key lime pie is the best! The lime sorbet is very refreshing. The cake is flavorful but doesn’t feel heavy. Peter is an amazing chef! The dinner is a highlight of our Cancun trip"
