"A super cool Mexican spot in old town KK. We were two Americans aching for something familiar near the end of of our SEA trip and Mamacita's really hit the spot. Stumbled across it on the way to El Centro, which is across the street but looked a bit dead. Mamacitas was popping at 9:30 on a Tuesday night.
Gaby was amazing and took great care of us. I tried to convince them to learn some Spanish 🇲🇽. The rest of the staff was great and friendly.
Food was great, better than most standard Mexican joints in the states. Corn tortilla shells, tacos El pastor, and nachos on point. Lots of drink options. Mock tails were yummy, especially Pina colada.
They had several large parties and some doing birthday celebrations. Great vibe some outdoor seating options."
