Reviews Summary
This Malaysian eatery in Genting Highlands offers authentic flavors and a scenic view, but some diners report inconsistent food quality and slow service. While many appreciate the convenience of QR code ordering and the unique kopitiam ambiance, others have been disappointed with lukewarm dishes and rude staff interactions. It's a place with potential, especially during weekdays, but managing expectations regarding freshness and service is advised.
"Over here ordering via QR code is convenient, and getting our food in quick time.
Supporting local food is such a great choice! While it can be a bit pricier, but the quality and the impact on the community can make it worth it."

"We are a regular at the outlet at Oasis Ara Damansara, and when we found out that the Genting Premium Outlet has one too, we decided to visit it for dinner. We came here on the night of the first Hari Raya, and we had trouble finding this outlet, amidst the large crowd and the hustle and bustle of Hari Raya, but we got there eventually.
As usual, my wife prefers to stay at the open space, and since they have a large open dining area facing the mountain views, she insisted that we dine there. But the waiter didnt allow her, as she said the earlier customer was not quite done with his yet. My wife got upset and pointed towards the cashier where the said customer was obviously making his payment already...Only then did the waiter allowed us to sit at our chosen table.
As usual, I ordered my favorite Roti Jala with Chicken Curry, and the delicious taste did not disappoint me. My wife went for Mee Goreng Mamak, which I told her to be more specific, and ask for Mee Goreng Muthu instead. You see, the outstanding aspect about this outlet is that they are open 24/7, every single day of the year, despite the festive seasons, as they already represent the 3 major races in Malaysia. Hence, the owners would ensure they are always open.
Najwa asked for her usual Nasi Goreng Kampung, and Daniel was happy to settle for his Soto. All in all, it was a fullfiling Raya Dinner for us, and we were glad that we had decided to choose this outlet, eventhough the prices were generally higher up here than what they charge at their other outlets down there..."

"My first experience at Ali, Mutual & Ah Hock. Good food, with right portion and pricing despite it being up at Genting Highlands Premium outlets. I ordered the Hainan Chicken Chop (nice sauce, just a bit too much onions) and Nasi Ayam Goreng( the chicken drumstick was cold, it wouldbeing better it heated up!). Overall the food is okay
The Total bill for Nasi Lemak Ayam Goreng, Hainan Chicken Chop with 2 drinks rm47.10."
