My first experience (on Monday) wasn’t the best since I was attended by trainees (I think) my meat was cold no even warm and I didn’t like it at all, I even asked for the deserts menu, the bring it to me and never came back to ask me what I wanted. My second experience (on Sunday) was way much better, i get my food correctly, much better attended, en general a complete different experience."

"Today 02/11/17 Saturday lunch, came back to Madero again for a different Burger. This time Rafael which I believe is the manager greeted me at the door. The service this time is much better. Rafael is making the difference. Next time you come to Madero Joinville, ask for Rafael if you want an awesome experience and off course good."
