"As the restaurant location I stay was just beside my hotel, 3 Merchant will be the best choice for my meal.
Upon the recommendation in trip advisor, I straight away make a reservation directly at the website.
As I reached the restaurant, I was greeted warmly at the counter, straight away they ushered to my seat which is a sofa with window view. Perfect for a solo diner like me.
Before my official trip, I already make up my minds and straight away order their courses meal "The Nice" and a cocktail with no wine paring this time round.
All the dishes was beautiful plated, with nice and clear presentation from Staff Yue. Every single dishes was explained clearly with every single ingredient on it. After every single dishes was complete, Yue will ask for feedback, how the tastes, is everything alright!
Every single dishes make my expectations, mind blowing, especially the scallop, dumpling with coconut soup on below. My mind instantly went blank for a few seconds.
Lastly my course ended with a sweet savory. Chef NIM personally came out do the final plating of the deserts. It really surprised me with a display of culinary skills!
