Owned by the same family group as Manda De Laos, Gaspard is a gorgeous french restaurant set in a preserved wooden house and garden in the old heart of Luang Prabang. We had our first meal out with the parents here and can highly recommend the food!. There is also a fully stocked bar serving fine wines and spirits.

First, let us introduce you to our two outstanding fine dining restaurants in Luang Prabang : Manda de Laos and Gaspard Artisan Cuisine. With a focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients and expertly crafted dishes, our chefs create culinary delights that are sure to please even the most discerning palates.

Never did we imagine it would turn into this beauty that now is Gaspard . Recently renovated and brought back to life, the details both inside and outside the restaurant are mesmerising. So when we saw this window, we knew it would be the perfect spot to highlight our hand-made hemp and appliqué cushions.

Gaspard and Manda de Laos felt similar in that the service and food were truly world class. Upon further research, we realized that they’re from the same restaurant group called Louangphabang Heritage Collection. The collection includes Gaspard, Manda de Laos, Maison Dalabua and La Fontaine.
