"Worst experience! Never going back to this branch! I went on a weekday when it wasn’t busy.. they had a total of 9 staff or servers just walking around in the restaurant, nobody came to take my order. I had to wait over 30 minutes before they took my order. I had to call 3 different staffs to take my order and they all pretended to not hear me or they say “mam 2 minutes” and then they disappear! So unprofessional! The food was so bad! O ordered steak with twisters, the steak came cold, it was probably laying on the kitchen counter and got cold. They served other customers who came after me first. The quantity of potato twisters was so less compared to Kuwait towers branch. There was pasta in my potato twisters!!!???? How did this pasta come in my plate? So disgusting!!! Finally I get upset stomach on my way back home. Vomiting and food poisoning next morning. Never going back to jabriya branch"
