What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Vulcania Restaurant offers a unique dining experience within a 'Journey to the Center of the Earth' themed environment, providing reasonably priced Chinese-inspired cuisine. While the theming is a major draw, the food quality receives mixed reviews, with some dishes like karaage chicken and the Mickey pudding being highlights, while others are considered average or 'culturally-neutralized'. The self-service operation is efficient, but expect queues during peak times.
"Ordered a vulcania special set meal. It's cold noodle with karage, along with mickey almond jelly. Pretty decent meal. Good ginger ale drink too."

"I wouldn’t say the food was delicious, but it wasn’t bad either. The restaurant is located right in the center of the park, making it easily accessible from any direction. What really deserves praise is the interior design—it’s themed around Journey to the Center of the Earth, and the decorations are incredibly well-made, creating a great atmosphere.
The only downside is that the food doesn’t match the theme at all—it’s just typical Disney-style dishes, which felt a bit odd. The karaage was tasty, but the rest was pretty average.
That said, the service here is very fast, so you don’t have to wait an hour just to get a meal. Overall, it’s a decent place to grab a quick bite."

"Good food, long wait! Cafeteria style ordering. Got the special, can’t remember the name. Noodles were good and the sauce was interestingly good."
