"とてもおいしいです!From Canada!
The best udon I've ever had in my life.
Waited about 30 minutes in line and ordered a niku udon with all sorts of tempura on the side for around 1600 yen.
Words don't do this bowl of udon justice. It was generously topped with bonito flakes, tons of meat, and a very flavorful broth.
The tempura is another story of its own... some of the best I've ever had in my entire life! Although a bit pricey, they are huge pieces of tempura and packed with flavor. I've never had such a juicy shrimp tempura until now.
The staff are also kind and accomodating. There is an English menu and they even let us stay after closing mid-day. I HIGHLY recommend visiting Udon Maruka. I will be coming back every time I'm in Tokyo."

"They served some of the best udon in Tokyo, and this bowl was no exception. The udon noodles were incredibly smooth, with a perfect chewy texture that paired well with the fresh green onions and the richness of the egg yolk. The tororo added a light creaminess, balanced by a hint of wasabi for a subtle kick. The shrimp tempura was perfectly crispy on the outside while keeping the shrimp inside juicy and tender. The soy-based sauce brought everything together beautifully. A simple yet satisfying meal that showcases the finesse of classic udon😍"
