"Overall very disappointing even though I had very high expectations. The restaurant forgot items in my orders and I had to wait over 40minutes for a replacement. All the time, the chef was serving other customers. While they were apologetic after, I’m surprised at how a well rated restaurant can be so careless.
Second shock - I was charged 40% higher than menu price for a grilled fish which the waitress said was normal. However, the waitress did not informed me during order that the item would cost more than listed price. It is bad faith and practice which I’ve not encountered at Japanese restaurants before and unsure if it is done only to foreigners.
Lastly, the overpriced and initially forgotten grilled fish was overcooked and charred. Suggest that you visit other better restaurants with better value."
