ライブ感たっぷりの鉄板焼きスタイルは、食べる前から調理の音や香りも楽しめてより食欲をそそりますね!
シェフの立ち振る舞いも素晴らしかったです。
そして鉄板焼きのいつも密かな楽しみである、ガーリックライス(ふんわり美味しかったです)で食事を〆た後は、

あわびの柔らかいことこの上なく、白老牛は食べ応え抜群の量をいただけます。部位がヒレとロースから選べて、私はヒレ肉に。
