By now I was in need of refreshment and so Nikko Coffee Gotouteidori was only a few minutes on foot from the Nikko Tamozawa Imperial Villa Memorial Park. We asked the representative, Kiyoshi Kazama, about the story behind this amber cup, which is perfect for a special trip to Nikko. Mr. Kazama came up with the concept of coffee to be served in the car, and created a unique flavor by finely adjusting the selection of beans and roasting method.

The traffic was a nightmare with key tourist attractions all lined up on a single road. With sun setting earlier and earlier in autumn; next time I will arrive in Nikko on Friday night so that I can start exploring as soon as the sun comes up to extend my koyo time as much as possible.
