Reviews Summary

Sobe Soba is celebrated for its authentic Okinawa soba, featuring flavorful broths and tender meats, all served in a charming, traditional Japanese house setting. While many rave about the unique dishes and cozy atmosphere, some find it overrated and note that cash payment is required, which can be an inconvenience.

"My family and I really enjoyed this meal. We got two of the specials and loved it! It was four of us (2 adults and 2 kids - 3 and 6) and it was enough food for us. There was about a 30 minute wait but we also visited during Japan’s Golden Week. The soup was fantastic as well as the atmosphere!"

"It’s def. over rated…I’d say same dishes from different restaurants are more worth trying…still shocked me while visiting those place. Ten minutes earlier arrived before it opened and we saw lots of cars and people waiting and parking…at least. The entry is small yet it’s huge spaces inside. People came for its special and limited menu which we didn’t get since the store only took cash. We came out immediately after knowing that at noon and still going back in the afternoon cus the crowd really impressed us. Thought we must give it try. It turned out its fine not a must-go res. But the service and atmosphere were good. They are nice and place is clean."

"Nice service and great experience as this shop is famous and well-known. Meat was really good and had great flavor and tenderness. The soba was alright at best. Very fast service though and plenty of parking as well as seating."
