"This is high end beef prepared in surprising ways. The beef tongue sashimi was amazing. Every single dish tasted so good. The best was the chateaubriand with the Bordeaux wine. It was better than any steakhouse I've been to including Michelin ones.

Wine pairing was a little off and maybe a reason why they haven't gotten the Michelin star. The pairing was adventurous and tried to show off regions like china but it just didn't go amazing together especially to justify the price.

Would certainly encourage others to try it. Warning: they do start reservations exactly on time so you cannot be late The"

"Chefs and servers were very well attended. The dishes were wonderful and worthy of Michelin mention. Definitely worth the money for the quality of food and service. Go for the wine pairing. Vivino says whatever but the pairings work. We did request something odd-ball to which the chef says “happy to do next time.” We shall see. But for all else, will definitely come back, request for things and make this another memorable meal, again and again."
