"Kanazawa curry with thick black sauce is indeed different from typical Japanese curry. Curry flavour is stronger yet well balanced. Absolutely delicious. Although it’s a chain, the food quality is top. Majority of the customers are locals so definitely it’s not a tourist trap. :) Staff are courteous and can understand simple English."

"You can’t really go wrong with a quickly made curry from Go Go Curry. I was at this location a few weeks ago around 7:30. I was seated quickly and my order arrived within minutes. I was hungry and devoured my plate. The katsu was crispy and when added to that deep dark curry is wonderful. It’s probably why it’s one of my favorite foods in Japan. I also think this was 700 yen…good stuff."

"This is the most popular curry house in kanazawa where they serve thick black curry sauce with deep fried pork cutlet on top of a bed of rice and cabbage. There are various toppings you can add on as well, also you can select the size of your rice according to your appetite. The thick curry sauce is very flavorful and the pork cutlet is very crispy and everything just blends well together. You may add more cabbage to cleanse your palate as you eat, just ask the staff. Everyone just come here to eat and leave, so this is a busy restaurant but the queue would move quickly (if any). You can also buy the curry sauce to bring back home if you wanna try to cook it at home."
