Sheena Reithmeier
"This is a place that we just happened to see when we were passing it due to the purple flags. We were happy that they offered both traditional Japanese seating as well as Western-style tables for us tourists. The food was pretty good. The local fish was especially memorable. The udon noodles were fine, and the soba was good. Service was friendly, but communication was a little bit of a challenge. Overall, this is one of the better options in the area for lunch. We will return next time we are in the area."

"As a tourist, I think it is a very good place. Good for family with kids and good taste also. Hoto is very delicious especially the soup. Curry venison rice is good too. The sauce is a bit sweet and sour. Good service from all staff. Recommend."
