We did notice it was a bit busier than expected during our stay due to a cruise ship docked nearby, but once it set sail, the area returned to its peaceful atmosphere. Overall, it was a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We'd definitely recommend Bamboo Blu!"

"The entrance fee is 1500 jmd or 15 us. Sometimes the card machine works and sometimes not. It good to have Jamaican dollar on hand.
You are not allowed to bring your own food and drinks. There is a cafe there. They don't have hot coffee but they make a good frappé. Prices are higher than of the average restaurant. The wraps are nice. I don't recommend the fish burger - a bit too oily for my taste. The greek salad is not greek at all - just lettuce and some sauce.
The second time we went there, we had lunch before and only ordered drinks.
The beach is very clean. The water is clean and shallow. It's great for kids. They have toilets with showers. Plenty of seating at the tables and on the lounge beach chairs. There is no loud music and you can really enjoy the sea. ❤️ Plenty of seats in the shade as well.
There is also a shop for souvenir shop that has beach items as well.
The water is great for snorkeling, even if you don't know how to swim.

"Just a really peaceful place to hang out. Got to pay $1500JMD per person to enter as of June 2025. Worth it given it's clean with bathrooms. A beach chair is included. Snorkelling is also great. Perfect beach for kids as the water is shallow with a small reef providing shelter from large waves."
