"Ordered an amatriciana. The menu said it was with bacon. I did not expect guanciale, but i did not expect pepperoni either. when highlighted this, the owner said that they serve no pepperoni in the restaurant because its expensive (oh then how do they do pizza pepperoni?). I also explained that the plate had the pepperoni oils after frying. I was 100% certain it was not bacon. After all, (a) tastes different, (b) bacon will never leave the orange oils!! He kept insisting, i asked him to get the plate back, to WHICH HE REFUSED (why did he? if it was bacon i would eat the humble pie). I think I know my Italian food, living one hour away, much better than a jamaican. with all due respect, the owner should have shut up and if he was so certain should have accepted my challenge to bring my plate out. and yeah it was 20$. if this is the jamaican bacon, then i wonder what they are feeding pigs. If you want to be ripped off and end up with a heart burn go, go there. I've attached a photo, and whilst not really bright, one can easily see the pepperoni oils after frying. the owner was so funny asking about where I'm from, as if it makes a difference where I'm from. pepperoni is pepperoni. bacon is bacon"
