"This restaurant is beautifully designed with Usain Bolt track career collections and the culture of Jamaica. The place is definitely a vibe with great music selections and large tvs for your enjoyment. I went two days in a rows because the wings galore was so delicious. My server was very attentive and ensured that I got great service here. Will definitely return again!"

"I left Tracks and Records feeling very disappointed after what I had hoped would be a memorable dining experience for my family and I. I was genuinely looking forward to enjoying great food and friendly service, but things quickly took a turn for the worse.
As soon as we were seated, I sensed something was off. We waited a staggering 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. Although we arrived slightly late, there were other patrons who came in after us and were served. Eventually, our host had to come over to take our order and was also responsible for bringing our food out.
Now, onto the food:
#1 My daughter ordered Chicken Alfredo, and we were both excited to dig in. Unfortunately, that excitement faded quickly when she took a bite and immediately spit it out, saying it tasted off and had a terrible smell.
#2 I chose the Curry Goat, which was disappointingly tough and bony. The accompanying white rice was poorly cooked and somewhat hard. I was so hungry that I forced myself to eat half of it, but it wasn’t a pleasant experience.
Feeling dissatisfied, we called the manager over to discuss our concerns. To our dismay, she initially responded with an attitude, asking my daughter if she wanted a new plate. My daughter, feeling exhausted and frustrated, declined the offer and just wanted to return to our resort. The manager then picked up the uneaten food and told us she would remove it from the bill, but at no point did she offer an apology or show any empathy for our experience.
In stark contrast, our host was incredibly kind and empathetic throughout the ordeal. She genuinely felt bad that our first visit to Tracks and Records left such a negative impression.
It was shocking to witness how the manager handled the situation; it wasn't about the money we spent but rather the lack of compassion and understanding. A little kindness goes a long way, and unfortunately, that was sorely lacking during our visit."
