Osteria Trattoria Al Duomo offers a truly authentic Veronese dining experience with delicious traditional dishes and a cozy atmosphere. Diners rave about the unique specialties like donkey ragù and horse meat stew, complemented by friendly and attentive service. While some note portions are not abundant and the space can be a bit dark, the overall consensus is that the quality and experience are well worth it.
"The slowly cooked egg was simply amazing. The donkey ragu and the pastissada were also delicious. Very kind staff and good choice of local wines."

"In fair Verona, where we lay our scene...
The staff was very attentive & enthusiastically explained to me the menu in fluent English (I do not speak Italian). I had the slow cooked egg, pasta, horse tartar & panna cotta. The quality of food was good to excellent (pasta was a bit bland) - which is saying a lot for a relatively simple meal.
While "not the best food I've ever had" (which is what reviews usually say), the overall experience was great and easily in the top of what I had while frolicking across Roma, Firenze, Siena, Cinque Terre, Bologna (overrated) & Verona, so far..."

"Perfect!! Food was incredible, service was great and the place is super cute and cozy!
The gnocchi de patate was one of the best I ever had and the horse meat ragu with polenta was spetacular.
Super recommend!"
