Glam is a true two-star Michelin gem in the heart of Venice. We had a Marvellous time here – an experience as memorable as it was delicious! Chef Donato Ascani is a fountain of creativity, and each plate is a perfect fusion of culinary artistry and visual beauty – like edible paintings.
One of the highlights was a stunning seiche (cuttlefish) from the lagoon, a cold soup of local herbs and delicate edible flowers – an ode to the territory. The welcome bites were plentiful, refined, and bursting with flavor. Every element, from the amuse-bouches to the desserts, confirmed the two-star Michelin rating is more than deserved.
Thank you to Chef Ascani and his brilliant team for such a delightful evening. Another outstanding address under the guidance of the ever-impressive Chef Enrico Bartolini."
