What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Pastificio Defilippis is highly praised for its authentic, handmade pasta dishes and traditional Piedmontese cuisine, served in a charming historic setting. While many rave about the quality and taste of the pasta, some diners have found lunch options less exciting or the overall experience to be pricey for what is offered.
"5.0 A terrific spot in central Turin. All homemade pastas. Excellent all around. We started with a warm asparagus salad with egg and cheese. It was so well executed. We then each had a pasta; tajarin with duck ragu and a plin stuffed to the gills with sausage and drenched in butter and marjoram. Simple, yet so well done. The service was knowledgeable without being intrusive. The wine list is extensive. I had a great barbera. Highly recommend and we will be back"

"We had grilled vegetables with mozzarella and red pasta with bacon. It was very delicious. I wanted to order a tiramisu, but I was too full. I saw other people having it, and it looked very tasty."
