What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Hostaria dai Naneti is celebrated for its vibrant atmosphere, authentic selection of charcuterie and cheeses, and incredibly affordable prices, especially for its house wine. While many praise the quality and value, some reviews mention it can be overcrowded and the service, though friendly, can be overwhelmed. It's a beloved spot for locals and visitors seeking a genuine Italian osteria experience.
"We loved this very small place. From its vibrant atmosphere with all people around you trying to get something or do something, to service which was still very good in the very crowded space, and finally to very good meats and cheese accompaniment by local wines, everything was great. Prices are very good."

"A perfect aperitif! We shared a delicious meat platter along with a glass of wine and a beer — more than satisfied!"

"This is my favourite place in Treviso! If you are looking for a place for fresh cuts, cheese and wine, then this is the place to go. You hang out with locals and it is very affordable, for quality products and great environment. It can be quite busy, so you can expect to have your wine standing outside, but even that is a good experience.
We like to go there as a pre-dinner moment, but if you want some sandwiches on a more quick and simple meal, this is also a great choice."

You can’t miss the crowds round the entrance to Hostaria dai Naneti, in a narrow alleyway just off grand Piazza dei Signori. And no wonder, as an ombra de vin (glass of local wine) still costs only 80 cents, while a generous plate for two of roast pork, mortadella, prosciutto and cheeses is around €8. Don’t think of ordering an Aperol spritz: they refuse to serve them.
