"Pasta (called) all tartufo was really disappointing - it did NOT smell and taste like tartufo at all. It was really suprising, because Umbria is famous for tartufo. We only tried pasta, asked waitress if maybe this is pasta with champignons, but it remained without response. Pasta was not eaten, but included in the price.
Also the staff was really unkind - they were ignoring us, and service took really long. The only good thing we had was a plater of bruschettas - very tasty. But generally - place not recommended."

Finally, the day concluded with a delicious dinner at La Lanterna, with strangozzi pasta two different ways, grilled local meats and potatoes, and as always, copious amounts of water. Tomorrow the students are in for a special treat in the afternoon…but no spoilers!. Stay tuned to find out!
