"(Translated by Google) We spent a weekend in Alberobello and went to the Miccolis butcher's shop for dinner on Sunday 1st June.
Luckily we found a table for 2 because, by calling at the last minute, everything was clearly already booked.
And, later, we understood why.
We were immediately greeted by the owner who was extremely kind and patient in explaining all the cuts of meat, then advising us on the best choice.
We were then accompanied to the room where we would have dinner. What can I say... Wonderful! I won't go into details so as not to ruin the surprise. The photos published by other customers don't do it justice.
While waiting for the meat we had some meatballs to nibble on. Delicious!
All obviously accompanied by an excellent bottle of wine.
When the main courses arrived it was simply a feast for the palate.
The quality of the meat, the cooking and the service were excellent.
The final bill was more than adequate, in fact, we would have expected more!

Siamo stati per un week end ad Alberobello e ci siamo recati presso la macelleria Miccolis per una cena domenica 1° Giugno.
Fortunatamente abbiamo trovato un tavolo da 2 perché, telefonando all'ultimo momento, era chiaramente tutto già prenotato.
E, successivamente, abbiamo capito il perchè.
Siamo stati subito accolti dal titolare che si è mostrato estremamente cortese e paziente nello spiegarci tutti i tagli di carne, consigliandoci poi al meglio nella scelta.
Siamo poi stati accompagnati nella sala dove avremmo cenato. Che dire... Meravigliosa! Non scendo in dettagli per non rovinarvi la sorpresa. Le foto pubblicate da altri avventori non le rendono giustizia a pieno.
Nell'attesa della carne abbiamo preso delle polpette per stuzzicare. Buonissime!
Il tutto ovviamente accompagnato da un'ottima bottiglia di vino.
Arrivate le portate principali è stata semplicemente una festa per il palato.
Qualità della carne, della cottura e del servizio ottime.
Conto finale più che adeguato, anzi, ci saremmo aspettati di più!
