"This is the worst place ever… The pizza is drenched in oil; it looks and tastes like a frozen pizza. The carbonara is the driest pasta I have ever eaten, with no carbonara taste at all. The orange juice is full of ice and water, with no orange flavor and no sweetness… The pizza dough tastes like it’s several days old. We were forcing ourselves to eat it only because we were so hungry… and they automatically included a service fee, even though we didn’t want to tip at all. I have never eaten somewhere this bad before… We traveled three hours just to eat the worst food ever…."
