Diners rave about the authentic Roman cuisine, highlighting dishes like suckling pig and handmade pasta as outstanding. The cozy, family-run atmosphere and exceptionally friendly service contribute to a memorable dining experience. "Excellent dinner! I had the burrata, the side salad and the lasagna — and it was just A+, 11/10. If I lived in Rome I’d be a regular here; if I could give more than five stars, I would :) shoutout to Anna for her kind and attentive service. Hope to be back next time I’m here"

"Absolutely loved this restaurant. The staff were so helpful and took the time to explain the dishes to us. We had the suckling pig which was the nicest pork I've had.
Desserts were homemade and well worth a try.
Prices were very reasonable.
You will need to book in advance if you want a guaranteed seat/team."

"I only write reviews on places that people need to go to or completely avoid. This place, as you can tell by the stars, is a must go.
The staff is multilingual and very kind. I felt comfortable using my limited Italian and they understood me when I couldn't.
The food is excellent and well prepared. Everything is fresh and made to order. I can keep going on, but this is a review, not a novel. Come stay awhile in their welcoming Italian restaurant, and enjoy anything and everything on the menu. Don't forget the dessert wine. Saluti!"

Where to Eat in Rome on a Sunday
You’ll often run into me at Cesare al Casaletto for lunch or Tavernaccia Da Bruno for dinner, but only when I have remembered to make a reservation well in advance.
