"200 Gradi is well known for its unique sandwich style, and the presentation is definitely appealing. However, most of the menu includes pork, which limits options for those who don’t eat it. I tried a non pork option and it was just okay. Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great, while some employees were nice, others came off as rude, which left a mixed impression on our first visit.

I understand your point, but I just want to clarify my experience. I wasn’t aware of the full menu options, which is why I asked the staff directly. Unfortunately, they only showed me 2 or 3 non pork options, and the way they responded wasn’t helpful, in fact, they were a bit rude.That was actually the biggest turn off for me. I was trying to be polite and open, but the attitude I received from the employees didn’t reflect the hospitality I was hoping for.
I don’t have any issue with the menu itself, I respect that pork might be your specialty. But service matters too, and sadly that’s where my experience fell short.
I’m just sharing my personal point of view. No need to agree with it, but I think it’s fair to express it."
