"The kind of review that you don’t want to give because you don’t want to spoil the authenticity. There is a menu and it’s in Italian but you can order whichever, it’s delicious! They serve dishes from Umbria and wine to go along with. Staff are friendly and helpful. Enjoy if you have then chance!"

"One of the best meals I’ve had. Ever. So disappointed we didn’t have a chance to return for a second meal. Everything was so lovely and delicious. The Grechetto is the best I’ve had. I will be thinking about this meal for a while to come. Worth returning to perugia just for this restaurant. If this place is eventually Michelin starred I wouldn’t be surprised although then it might be even harder to get a reservation. The service was wonderful. Food absolutely perfectly seasoned and cooked. Quality outstanding. We were in Italy for a month (our 3rd time visiting) and have eaten at many places. Every region has its own beautiful flavor and something special. Dalla Bianca outdid all of them. I didn’t get photos of the wild board and a few other dishes but they are all amazing."
