"Beautiful Agritourismo with super friendly staff that make you feel very welcome and special as soon as you arrive greeted with friendly smile and glass of Prosecco to relax is after travel and work. Due to work commitments I needed a place to sit after check out but the owner very kindly let me keep the room longer to be able to do my work on my laptop, after a few anxious days not being able to sit long enough with lots of travel to work this was very very much appreciated. THANK YOU :) the food in the restaurant is also top quality :)"

"A very poor experience. The hotel we were staying at gave this place a high recommendation. Unfortunately, from the awkward start of hanging around to be seated through to the end was a miserable experience. After waiting for ages, we ordered food and drinks and 20 minutes later, after having been served our starters and having asked for our wine 3 times, we finally received it. The bread then arrived sometime after this with the waiter having forgotten to bring it out. For mains, my wife's pasta arrived and 10 minutes later, I was still waiting for my pizza. Managed to find a manager who went and fetched my pizza. No waiters around so I fetched plates for the kids myself off the side board.
The bruschetta was dry and very hard and the bread was tasteless. My wife enjoyed her truffle pasta but my pizza was very average for the ones we had tried in Umbria.
The whole thing was a really frustrating experience of trying to get some service and we didn't stay for dessert as we didn't fancy our chances. The annoying thing was that it wasn't even busy. I spoke to the manager on the way out and told him that he needed more staff and explained what had taken place that evening; he blamed it on a big event they'd had in the morning!
A deserved one star for wasting our evening and for very average food."
