A Food Tour of Orvieto
Usually on the final night we visit my friend Giovanni, and his Ristorante Il Giardino da Giovanni. He used to be located right next to our accommodation, but during Covid he expanded and moved to a beautiful location close to where the local market is held. My pick here is Giovanni’s tagliatelle, cacao paste with mascarpone cheese and prosciutto.
