"Our hotel called it “the best pizza in Noto” and though this was the only pizza we tried in town, I’d have to agree. Reservations are recommended as it’s very popular. The outdoor space is shaded and open. Service was fast and friendly. The pizza was phenomenal, I had the Inferno which was an amazing balance of heat and sweet, but it did require a fork and knife to eat. But as a whole, the dough is terrific, an open Neapolitan like crust, but cooked slightly more to have more of a crisp. The aperol spritz was delicious."
