"Our experience at Retablo was one of the best in our travels around Sicily and Italy. The food is traditionally Sicilian and was a real treat especially the use of oranges, lemons, dark chocolate and pistachios. We went through many dishes on the menu and nothing disappointed. Caterina was a lovely host and clearly passionate about Sicilian food giving us some great recommendations. If you only dine in one place in Noto, make it this place!"

"We spent an amazing night at Retablo, everything has been amazing, from start to finish. All the staff has been friendly and courteous, the owner even stopped to speak with us for a bit. The food is delicious, would 100% recommend the octopus starter, it was lovely, and the pasta with tuna sauce and tuna tartare from the specials section was also amazing.
