"This place is a MUST if you are in Montorosso. The outside patio view is beautiful but the inside is just as vibrant and the fun chic atmosphere is fantastic. Christina was our waiter and she was amazing! I also believe she is part owner since this is a family restaurant and affiliated with their michelin star rated restaurant down the street. The food was probably the best i have ever had at an establishment. The tasting menu is fun, unique, more than just one little bite so it is very filling and definitely worth trying. You need a reservation so be sure to make that. We had our 1 yr old and 4 yr old with us and they had a high chair, cup, bib, and dinner wear for her which was so thoughtful. They also made sure to get their orders first thing (half order of plain butter and red sauce pasta) and they came out so quickly which i really appreciated.
All this to say please please don’t pass this place up when you visit here!"

"Nice view, decent place, very nice service. The food for the meal, though very good and tasty was a very small portion, especially after hiking the whole day. I'd recommend taking atleast 2 meal on the menu (outside dessert). Now... let's talk about dessert, tldr it was awful. I was expecting to finish dinner on a good note but the dessert was very tiny and not tasty at all. Felt like eating air, nothing sophisticated in it, worst dessert ever actually. 45 each for meal+dessert"

"Perfect spot in Monterosso, we stopped by for wine and desserts but we saw the rest of the tables servings of mains, they looked so good. Its unfortunate that we did not get to try but basing on their quality of desserts and good service, im sure their food is to die for. The service staffs are fun and helpful too! They were having some troubles with some patrons but handled it with a smile and alot of patience."

10 Excellent Restaurants in Cinque Terre
The sister restaurant to Miky overseen by De Fina's son Manuel and his wife Christine, La Catina di Miky, also located in the New Town, is pure joy. The flavorful cuisine ranges from classics like pasta al pesto and their own version of spaghetti all'acciugata coupled with ever-changing innovative dishes like spinach bavette with a tartare of purple shrimp from Santa Margherita Ligure (a town near Portofino), mantis shrimp broth, and hazelnuts from the nearby town of Chiaveri, a Slow Food product. Kick off the meal aperitivo-style with the anchovy tasting, a sampler presenting the fish six ways — lemon-cured, in carpione (pickled), salted with butter, fried, grilled, and stuffed — alongside one of the cocktails, such as the KM0 with Gin Onde (made with botanicals from Cinque Terre collected by hand), egg white, local lemons, and Basil di Prà DOP before moving on to one of the options from the wine and beer list, which showcases dozens of local producers.
Monterosso al Mare: The Beachside Gem of the Cinque Terre
If you want the same quality in a more casual setting, their sister spot La Cantina di Miky nearby offers creative tapas-style takes on Ligurian classics and a great wine selection (Insider’s Guide to Monterosso – Love in the City of Light). In the old town, Da Eraldo is a tiny, convivial trattoria known for charcuterie boards and hearty pastas, while Ciak – La Lampara is a long-running restaurant where the owner (often donned in a sailor’s uniform) might personally recommend the catch of the day (Insider’s Guide to Monterosso – Love in the City of Light). Ciak is famous for its overflowing seafood risotto cooked in a giant pan (Insider’s Guide to Monterosso – Love in the City of Light).
Monterosso al Mare
One of my favorite restaurants in Monterosso is La Cantina di Miky, where the fish is fresh and the pasta is handmade each day. Expat Christine (from New Jersey) and her Italian husband (son of the proprietor of Ristorante Miky, see below) run this little place in Fegina. They have outdoor seating on the promenade with sea views but I personally prefer to dine inside as I love the intimate atmosphere they’ve created.
Moderately priced restaurants in Monterosso/Cinque Terre
Carl/Sandy, take a look at Cantina di Miky, right on the street (Via Fegina) fronting the beach in the "newer" end of Monterosso. It's a farm-to-table/sea-to-table place that's owned and operated by Christine Mitchell-De Fina (U.S. ex-pat) and her husband Manuel De Fina, he of the De Fina restaurant family (dad is owner and chef at more upscale Ristorante Miky).

La Cantina di Miky: If you’re looking for something more casual in Fegina, the Miky family more recently opened another restaurant with both seaside seats and a spacious cantina. Their dishes are a creative take on the classics, with a wide selection of local wines to choose from. If you run into the owner’s wife Christine, she’ll be happy to advise you.

Although they are related, the services they offer are different then from the rest of the Cinque Terre Restaurants. La Cantina di Miky is managed by the Defina family from the Miky Restaurant. What that means is that they are a bit more youthful and personal.
