"We would come back to Genoa just for this restaurant: it was in a non-descript hotel in a small alley but it was the best meal we had in the city. The other restaurants we had seen looked too touristy and didn’t have enough seafood on the menu which you think a town on the coast would.
Anyway, the service was attentive and smooth (they brought extra bread without us asking - much appreciated) and all the dishes were excellent. The pasta was in particular one of the best we ever had!"

Rauw eten van hoge kwaliteit creatief gekookt en gepresenteerd in een verfijnde manier: het resultaat zijn lichte en licht verteerbare gerechten waarbij je graag nieuwe en interessante combinaties ontdekt. Ik beveel de amandel garnalen en de vissoep, twee van de specialiteiten van de chef-kok Mirco.

Raw food of great quality cooked creatively and presented in a refined way: the result is light and easily digestible dishes where you enjoy discovering new and interesting combinations.
