Vi parliamo di Trattoria Da Burda, gioiello c...

La Panzanella... a bread salad that to me is magic. 💫Day old bread, onions, tomatoes and cucumbers and of course a lot a good extra virgin olive oil. Grazie @burde73 and I highly recommend visiting Trattoria Da Burde when in Florence. Super authentic and food is incredible. #EatingDirty #Firenze #Florence Catch my new series coming this fall to Food Network 🇨🇦 and stream on CityTV+

Reviews Summary

Ristorante Trattoria da Burde is celebrated for its authentic Tuscan cuisine and extensive wine selection, offering a genuine local experience away from the tourist hubs. Diners praise the traditional dishes and the charming, historic atmosphere. While most reviews are overwhelmingly positive, a few mention inconsistent steak quality and occasional slow service.

"Traditional old trattoria we had some fresh pasta and cold cut to start.
We also try the chicken liver. The food is simple and good.
I recommend more this kind of place that the tourist trap in the center."

Axel Brizard

"Trattoria da Burde is a bit off the beaten path, but well worth the journey. Located in the outskirts of Florence, this place is where locals go for a hearty, traditional meal. The atmosphere is simple and warm – no frills, just good food and good people. I ordered the pappa al pomodoro and the bollito misto, a variety of boiled meats served with sauces. Everything was rustic and deeply satisfying. The ingredients were clearly top-notch, and the kitchen doesn’t cut corners. The staff were welcoming and happy to walk us through the menu. We felt like guests in someone’s home. Prices were fantastic – around €30 per person for a full meal with wine. It’s a great spot if you want to explore beyond the city center and experience a slower pace. There's a sense of culinary history here, and you can tell the recipes have been passed down through generations. If you love traditional food done right, this is a must-visit. Definitely one of the most memorable meals we had in Florence."

Torres

"Amazing place in Florence! The food is delicious and gives you the feeling of being in a true Italian home. It’s a historic spot with a great atmosphere and very authentic products — you can really taste the quality. Definitely worth a visit if you want a real Italian experience."

The 22 Best Restaurants In Florence - Florence

It’s closer to the airport than Michelangelo’s David, but it’s worth the trek for some really good Florentine cuisine, unabashedly served only for lunch (and for dinner on Friday). The family behind it has been running the place since 1901, and the current generation is just as feisty as the last. Once you step inside, you’ll be greeted by a delicatessen counter and grocery corner for those who want to drop in for some to-go cured meats, a slice of cake, or some gossip about just how long Florence will take to build their next train line.
