What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Diners rave about Atto di Vito Mollica, describing it as an outstanding fine dining experience with impeccable service and exquisite food. The unique setting in a Renaissance palace adds to the memorable atmosphere, although some feel the food, while good, might not fully justify the single Michelin star given its price point.
"I dined here with my husband and my parents in March 2023 - this was my parent's first Michelin star experience. This is the best dining experience I have ever had...anywhere. The restaurant was incredibly beautiful and the service was unmatched. We had just arrived in Florence from a very long trip, and I realized we were not quite dressed for this experience. Nevertheless, the staff treated us extremely well and made us feel very special. I would highly recommend anyone come into this restaurant and have an amazing experience. I can't stop talking about this restaurant even a year and a half later."

"Beautiful place, amazing foods (both visual and taste wise) and top service!
In the end, the chef came by to say “thank you for choosing us”. I love to go Michelin restaurants but it was my first ever experience that chef drops by to say hi, thanking for visiting! It was the BEST way to wrap our last day in Florence!"

The setting alone – in the so-called Emperor's Court of a Renaissance palace – renders an evening here akin to dining in a private art museum. Tables lounge in intimate alcoves, beneath barrel-vaulted loggias and a spellbinding kaleidoscope of 16th-century frescoes (the Battle of Frogs and Mice is a favorite).
