#1 - the location cannot be beat! What a dream.
#2 - the service (ciao Francesco! Grazie per tutti! ) was absolutely incredible. We were treated like royalty, even though it was busy. We were wowed!
#3 - the food was honestly, the best we had on our entire trip. Mussels, spaghetti vongole and an amazing Etna white wine - insane. We cannot wait to return to Sicily just so we can go back and have that experience again!
#4 - the pace. Coming from Canada where we move fast, eat fast, work fast, etc, they didn't rush us. They welcomed us to stay, relax, enjoy the views and just be present. It was a very welcomed change of pace for us.
