Reviews Summary
Il Corso Pizzeria Ristorante is highly praised for its authentic Neapolitan pizzas, boasting a soft and golden crust made with high-quality ingredients. Diners also commend the elegant ambiance and friendly service. However, some reviews mention high prices, particularly for the wine selection, and occasional service rush during busy periods.
"I'm a foody and the chef myself (Chef Zolee) and the pizza lover. Specially i love napoletana style pizza. I can tell you i eat pizza all over the world. From LA to Dubai. This pizza is the best one out of all. Crunch, fluffy nicely baked. Even the oregana on the pizza was freshley picked. The owner the chef and the staff it's so friendly and so welcoming. Thank you guys you made my day!"

"Great experience. Very well furnished in a contemporary yet traditional style. Food was really great and the staff was friendly. The wine list is pretty much expensive according to my point of view. I would recommend to the owner to over view the prices. Apart of that highly recommended!!!"

"Gorgeous restaurant with great attention to visual beauty. We sat outside in the grand covered patio. We shared the hummus falafel salad composed of plentiful salad greens, shaved zucchini, partially dried and fresh tomatoes, crisp hot falafel and rustic hummus. Our Etna pizza was topped with blue cheese, shaved dry sausage, marinara. With so many toppings, the thin crust did not hold together but the flavors were divine."

Dove mangiare a Bolzano

A reputable establishment distinguished by its elegant ambiance and an offering calibrated to a high-quality level. Santo Gabriele and his son Francesco draw inspiration from Neapolitan tradition to prepare their classic high-hydration dough, made with a blend of type 00 and whole-grain flours. After a long leavening and careful baking, it results in a pizza with a beautiful, soft, and golden crust and intriguing toppings.

A piazza within a piazza, but also a creative and culinary space with a metropolitan flair, where you can experience quality food and bite into the Italian “bel vivere”. Santo’s tasty pizzas and Fabiana’s beautiful desserts, the pleasure of good food with friends, the eclectic and welcoming spaces and the familiar service make Il Corso a place to go, stay and come back to again and again.
Italy’s mountain city with direct flights — perfect for a summer break
What do the pizzas of South Tyrol’s best pizzeria (2021, 2022), ranked among the 50 best in Italy (2023), taste like?. Astonishing, frankly, thanks to a commitment to stellar ingredients. The house special, Mia Pizza, (semi-dried cherry tomatoes, capers, taggiasca olives, oregano, garlic, basil, grana cheese on a sourdough base) instantly topped my best pizza list.

The taste of the south, the dolce farniente - this attitude to life is captured here in every piece of dough and every bite. The ambience of this pizzeria radiates a passion for authentic Italian cuisine: warm, inviting and lively. The scent of fresh basil leaves and the gentle crackling of the oven fill the air.
