"We had high expectations after having some fantastic Trattoria Diners in Venice before. Food is mostly Ok, but generally uninspired and with a lack of finesse and ! Cheese ice cream is nice, as were the Crescentini. Ragu was ok, heavyly lacking salt although we had a lot of Parmigiano on it, The used pancetta, however, tasted strongly rancid — maybe that’s the original Bologna style. Personally, I always cut off oxidized parts.the Cotoletta was a huge portion but unfortunately drowned in a overwhelming cheese sauce which left no room for the mostly dry veal. So food was overall ok but a little overpriced. But the service is not my kind at all. The team consisted mostly of untrained amateurs with minor exeptions. No water refills, used plates left on the table although they came by with empty hands 10-20 times. Even a „water carrier“ shouting at a guest whos phone rang loudly - Strange idea of service. All in all, the price and performance didn’t match — on our evening, the experience unfortunately didn’t live up to the hype"

Amazing rabbit for entree very tender and juicy. Definitely get the pistachio gelato for dessert. One of the best restaurants in Bologna."
